Make your property pay for itself

Instead of you paying for it every month.

My first investment property took money out of my account every single month. I rebuilt it as a short stay business and it started paying its own way. Everything on this site is how I did that, in the order I did it.

About me

Hi, I'm Nick

I fly for a living and I have a young family, so my time is not really my own. Anything I build has to run without me standing over it. That is the whole reason my Airbnbs are set up the way they are.

My first investment property was costing me money every month and the bank kept saying no to the next one. I did not want a second job out of it, so I rebuilt it into something guests pay for and a system runs. It has been a Superhost listing for more than three years, sits at a 4.99 rating, and I am now a verified Airbnb Co-Host, which is invite only.

I made every expensive mistake first, and I made most of them in the wrong order. What I teach is the same build with those taken out.

Where to start

Three ways in, depending on where you are

Two of them are free and ask for nothing but an email address. The third is the whole build.
